An eBay VeRO (notice the small “e”) is a warning sent by eBay that one of your products in your
listings has violated a Trademark or Copyright owned by someone else. This is sent to you via
email and should explain to you what product is in violation and who owns the Trademark or
Copyright. The generic use of the term “VERO” has become known for any intellectual property
(Trademark or Copyright) violation in reselling, however, other sites do not use this same term.
